It all began in the kitchen
with Grandma Bea.
Hello, I'm Irvin Greene,
I’ve always had three passions in life: teaching the youth, coaching and officiating High School Basketball and cooking. I spent 30 years as a Special Education teacher and retired in 2018. Now that I am retried, I can use the extra time I have to focus on cooking.
Cooking began at a young age for me. I was able to learn from the best, my Grandma Bea. I was able to gain a wealth of information pertaining to all of her recipes while being in the kitchen along side her.
My Grandma Bea is the one who introduced me to the world-famous iron skillet, and how to properly use it. I was shown how to fry an egg, chicken, fish, hamburgers and homemade cornbread.
Being able to learn from a great cook, I have been able to continue to cook those same dishes but adding my own twist to them. I want to bring to you a brand of food that will be fresh and flavorful. The southern style food will be sure to have you coming back for more.
